Become a Ladies Who Travel Community Host

Help Women Find Friendship Through Travel

As a Community Host, you’ll help women connect through a shared love of travel. Whether it’s over coffee, brunch, lunch or a local walk, you’ll create welcoming spaces where friendships begin, and confidence grows.

You don’t need event experience—just a friendly smile, a welcoming attitude and a love of bringing women together.

What is a Community Host?

Community Hosts organise occasional official Ladies Who Travel meet-ups in their local community.

Whether it’s a coffee catch-up, lunch, brunch or walk, they create welcoming spaces where women feel comfortable making new friendships.

As a Community Host you’ll:

✔ Host relaxed local gatherings

✔ Welcome members as they arrive

✔ Help everyone feel included

✔ Receive ongoing support from the LWT team

③ Welcome Everyone

Arrive a little early, greet members as they arrive and help introduce new ladies to the group.

④ Enjoy the Meet-Up

Relax, chat and encourage conversations. Your job isn’t to entertain—it’s simply to help everyone feel welcome.

⑤ Share a Few Photos

Take a couple of photos (with permission) so we can celebrate the meet-up with the wider community.

Host another meet-up whenever it suits you. There’s no expectation to host every month.
